Your privacy is important to us. Because we gather certain types of information about the users of Nurses2.com, we believe you should fully understand the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information. This privacy statement discloses what information we gather and how we use it.

Information Collection
Nurses2.com is the sole owner of the personal information collected on this site. We do not sell, share, or rent this information to anyone, for any reason. Nurses2.com collects information from jobseekers when they sign-up and when they post a resume on our web site. We also collect information from employers when they sign-up and post job opportunities on our web site. Wherever we collect personal information, we include a link to this Privacy Policy on that page.Nurses2.com will be the contact entity between jobseekers and employers.

When jobseekers sign-up, Nurses2.com will ask for contact information ( phone, email etc. ) and geographic information (city, state, etc.). We use geographic information to enhance the search capabilities and to match requests for jobseekers and employers to specific locations. When jobseekers post a resume we use the contact information to inform a jobseeker of a potential job opportunity. If the jobseeker expresses interest in that opportunity we will use the contact information to connect the jobseeker to the employer.

Site and Service Updates
We also send the user site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email or phone.

Notification of Changes; Conflicts
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes here so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected. This page reflects the most up-to-date version of our privacy policy, and thus takes precedence over information provided in P3P documents and other documents.
